Hi, my name is Marla, I am 42 years old and have two children 22 & 19! I have been 100% for about 4 weeks. I haven't read Alissa's book yet but hope to order soon :)

I have been browsing the site for a bit and thought I'd finally say hello. I have a few questions but not sure if this is the place to do so? Today seems to be a cleansing day so I am pretty blah.

Hi Marla and welcome. The forum is divided into sections where you ask the questions. The Who Are You section is not the place only because people wont see them there. Find the right section and ask away.

i am 44 and 9 weeks 100% raw and have 2 kids also (15 & 24).

This site is a wealth of information. I have found nothing like it in supporting a raw foodie. You can use the banana search on the top of the page to look for information on questions you have. There may already be threads on answers you are lookin for.

It's so great to have you here....wow, 4 weeks, that's great. So how did you hear about raw? That's what I always like to know about when your introducing yourself. I hope you do get a chance to read Alissa's book and watch her DVD....they're really great. WELCOME!
