I have made the onion bread before and it was delicious!! The problem is I have tried making it twice in the past month and my question is for some reason it is not sticking like it did before...it is crumbly...tried making it exactlay how I did it before but came out crumbly both times..not sticking together to form bread..
Did anyone else have this problem and if so what did you do to correct it?
Thanks ahead of time for your help

Maybe the flax seeds were not as fresh? Spread too thin?

Yeah, I was going to say the same things....flax seed is the binder ingredient.

Maybe I grinded them to much?

I don't think you could grind them too much. I'm thinking you are saying crumbly? Maybe not enought liquid to bind it together?
If it's crumbly before you even spread it onto the teflex, then yes, not enough liquid. Other than that, I don't know...

i agree. you may need to add water to the dough, until it all sticks together, like dough.
