Yes it is definatly one of my favorites. Its also very good in a crust that has coconut flakes in it.

I loved this recipe but only as soon as I made it. I tried eating some leftovers the next day and didn't like it at all. I'll only make enough for one serving from now on.

I just tried the lemon pudding recipe and it's realllly tart! I think I put enough dates in (1 cup is what it calls for). Otherwise it tastes good - kinda like lemon curd. Any ideas on how to diminish the tartness? I don't want to waste it!

You can make chocolate pudding too using avocado dates and 1/2 cup cocoa powder. YUM!!!!!!!
