Coconut Powder

Can you just take shredded coconut and grind it or dehydrate coconut butter and grind in coffee grinder? Need it for ice cream recipe, thanks!

Yes. That would be fine. I do that...
the mature/dried coconut flakes...yep!

take the coconut, mix it with water and run it through the blender. Strain out what is left over and dry it out.

Now you have coconut powder AND coconut milk. yum.
