Hi...

I keep making alot of onion juice lately as a result of using my Omega Juicer to mince the onions for pates etc. I hate throwing it all away, the juice that is. Anyone know if it lasts long? etc? Can I store the actual juice, adding lemon or acv to keep it alive? I would put some in green smoothies etc, Its just so much juice from 2 onions.

Thanks luvs!

You can always Freeze it. You can add it to anything you like Onions in. IF you so desire, you can Drink it. At last you can water your outside Plants with it.

why don't you use the homogenizer option on the omega juicer and just mushie the onions up?
