How much does food combining effect the outcome of weight loss in the raw lifestyle. I have been raw almost two months and pretty much eat what I want when I want. I really don't think about combining foods at all. Am I missing out on better digestion, energy levels, and weight loss by just eating what I want. I want to get the most out of my food choices but am not sure if I'm hindering anything by not combining properly.

I try to not combine different foods for breakfast and lunch and find that it keeps my energy up, is easy to digest and i dont get fatigued during the work day. At night, i usually make something a little more complicated than mono foods for dinner but usually relax after that so it doesn't matter to me. I have lost weight effortlessly this month by keeping it simple once or twice a day.
