Wow thank you for that article. The one after it is about cooking food! I am giving this to all my family, so they can at least understand why im doing this, even if they don't agree. It's so much better coming from a doctor not me.

I just googled her name, and I was able to download the entire Fresh Magazine, which has 84 pages of goodness. She's gorgeous, and a true inspiration to anyone of any age - can't wait to read the magazine.
Just show this to anyone who has any doubts that a raw food diet is good for you - virtually guaranteed they'll agree.

I have been reading this magazine all through lunch and each article I am just amazed by. I just want to print out the whole thing and tell everyone i know, to read it if they have no idea what i'm talking about or don't believe you can live on raw food alone. Wow... even the article about the raw vegan doctor at the cancer healing center. Wow I want to give it to everyone in my office and say SEE!! if you can heal cancer with eating raw you can heal anything. (Grr... telling me they don't believe me for a second)

Yes it is! All about why raw, and what cooked foods do to you and raw food and juicing healing cancer patients etc. I love having this all condensed I want to put it into page savers so I can keep it for reference. It really is hard trying to find one site that can be quick and concise about raw food and not be laborous for someone not into it to want to read.
