How long would a homemade larabar last in the fridge?

How long do you think a homemade larabar would last in the fridge? I just made some with semi-dehyrated bananas, almonds, and dates, and I am planning on making some coconut ones as well. I'm hoping to have them ready for me when I go into labor, which should be anyday now, because I was due 6 days ago, but I just want to make sure they don't get icky before then in case its another week. Thanks!

I'm not sure but maybe you could freeze them and take them out when you go into labor.

If they are semi-dehydrated I would do what Cris suggested and pop them in the freezer. If you dehydrated them after you made them and the bananas are fully dry then the fridge is probably okay.

I would also make some Fruit and Smoothie Leather. I think the Bars should be fine in the Fridge. Have a Blessed and Blessed Child Birth and Child. Take plenty of Pictures and In Joy every Minute.........

I make my own homemade Lara Bars all the time. They last about 5 days in the fridge.
