I read somewhere that it's better to grind up the nuts and then let the mixture sit out overnight for flavor enhancement. I'm making a cheesecake (first time raw) for the upcoming holiday and don't want to mess it up. Any thoughts on this?

I'm sure you can make the cake and just leave it in the Fridge a while and the same thing will happen, the flavors will marry.
