There hasn't been one person I know that can watch that movie and NOT want to at least start a change towards a raw diet.
My mom is now 80% raw after watching that my brother and sister as well... and these are people that were consuming Mc Donalds weekly prior to watching it. And i have had 8 close friends who are now, after watching it eating RAW! The biggest turn around was with my girlfriend 3 years ago she wouldn't be caught dead earing any veggie or fruit in any form. And now she is 100% raw eating all the things i am.
The biggest obstacle after having people watch Food Matters was helping them to find the RIGHT kind of foods.
And i always tell them, starting off their water is KEY. Spring water. The best source is a natural spring. And they are EVERYWHERE, there is a site (i can't seem to find it atm) that you can add a springs location for find a springs location.
If they don't have a readily accessible fresh source they can buy bottled water. Aquafina/Dasani are not spring water.. its filtered tap water. It has to say 'Spring Water' on it.
After that i tell them to look for the local farmers markets, or even local organic farms... eatting locally grown is ALWAYS better for you than going to Whole Foods, or the like.
Raw fruits and veggies and smoothies.
Smoothies consist of spirulina, maca, goji, cacao, coconut milk, and their favorite fruits/veggies! And some kind of sweetener. The clear agave is best. But they can also use raw honey.
Hope this helps someone :D
