How does that make you feel? I have read from a few sources that unless cooked, raw potatoes can be toxic. I have only read that about white ones though. Are you eating sweet potatoes or yams?

Walker says they are good for you. I ate lots of them when I was small and now I do eat them occasionally.

I wouldn't eat a raw potato unless it was a raw heirloom strain.
Blended heirloom potatoes to make a raw soup sounds like a great way to eat raw potatoes to me!

the cooked ones, yes. Raw(organic) potatoes are extremely good for ya. I don't peel them either.

Interesting. I might have to give these a try!
Are sweet potatoes really okay to eat raw? I read earlier this week they contain something that is problematic for protein absorption.
I hope this link is okay to put here:http://rawveg.info/rawfoodtoxins.html
