Greetings Everyone!
I started getting curious about raw foods last year when I did my first 14 day enema cleanse, eating only raw fruits & veggies and brown rice. It was difficult because of the cravings but I felt so good at the end. I became curious about the benefits of raw foods for cleansing and as a lifestyle and have been reading a lot about the subject.
I have been eating mostly raw this summer and today I am starting a 24 day raw food challenge. I decided 24 days because it will be my birthday and I will be going out to the restaurant to celebrate. I am intending on keeping the rawfood lifestyle after my birthday. I would like to experience the difference between eating 90% raw and 100% raw.
I am little and blueberries are my favorite fruits! :)
