Hi,
I know that the leaves from a Gingko Tree are used for natural medicine like Tinctures etc.. my question is, as im able to get old of some fresh leaves from a Gingko Tree near where I live, can these be eaten as they are? What i would like ot do is add a few into a green smoothie,. But maybe the human body cannot digest these sort of leaves with the fibre? Or maybe too potent and too high a dosage with even a few leaves?
Any information would be really good!
