Hi...my new nine tray Excalibur (for my family of five and my parents) will arrive this Friday and I can't wait to start "playing". I want to order my Teflex sheets so they will arrive in time to use this weekend. Will I be fine with 12 x 12 sheets or would I do better with ones that completely fill the 14 x 14 tray? My thinking is that air would circulate better around the 12 x 12, but then I think that it would be nice to use all the surface space possible for my food. What would you suggest?? Thanks a bunch!
