Well , I'm a " all or nothing" type of guy, so I after I finished a 10 day master cleanse , I strived for 100% RAW... it took several months of experience... but it's getting better all the time.

I also did a lot of walking and bike riding.

...and I must say , this board has been a huge source of information and inspiration, I wish I could thank each and every person on here personally.
