Hi,

Well I'm new to eating raw so need ideas on what to eat. Particularly as I get bored easily. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about what I could to for breakfast?

Smoothies I've given ago the last couple of days but I can't get the conistancy right and they make me feel queasy (no matter how tasty the are).

about the consistency...is it too thin/thick? you could try adding less water, more water or ice. you'll find the consistency you like soon enough. what are you putting in your smoothies?

bfast ideas:
green smoothies
any fruit
bananas with milled flax seed
banana ice cream (blended frozen bananas)
salad (who cares if it isn't "bfast food")
fruit smoothies
pudding (avocado and honey/agave/dates with another fruit or cacao)
raw brownie (nuts, dates, carob/cacao)
nut milkshake
fresh juice
raw leftovers from the day before! hehe...

...the possibilities are endless!
