Calypso mangoes

Does anyone know these? They are the best kind imo. Can you get them in the US?

We have this variety in Aust, but that's no help to you is it. :(

I prefer the other common variety here, can't remember it's name, but it's huge and has a slightly less floury taste.

Ah, interesting! I LOVE the huge ones,-they are SO yummy. Could you find out their name? Australian mangoes taste like a dream.

Sometimes the brasilian or dominican ones taste great too. I don't like the yellow asian ones. Have you got nice pics?

I have one but it doesn't look like that. I don't personally like mangoes at all. I hope my husband eats it.

we only get one kind of mango in canada :( and they usually don't ripen they rot very easilly.

Gosh, what a shame! Are you sure though? Did you look in all the fruit shops too? I rediscovered mangoes since I'm raw. The ones from the supermarket are inedible but the ones from tiny fruit shops are amazing.
Keep trying,-perhaps you'll find some yummy ones?
The ones I'm talking about just melt in your mouth.
