I've been preparing smoothies for a while, but I'm looking to venture into green smoothies. What green smoothie would be the easiest to start out?

banana
romaine / spinach
mango

romaine and spinach to me are the least bitter of the greens that it would make a great way to start the green smoothies if you aren't fan of the green taste. Banana and mango are super sweet and yummy.

When I started with green smoothies I just took my favorite basic smoothie recipe (strawberry banana) and added a few handfuls of spinach. I couldn't even taste the greens and just added enough to turn the smoothie green. After a while I added more spinach and less fruit until I was at 60/40. After that I experimented with different greens and fruits. I hope this helps!

Just make a smaller version of your regular Smoothie and add a handfull of Spinich of Kale or even Collords.

2-4 Bananas (preferably cold)
1-2 cups Spinach
2-4 cups liquid (water, fresh orange juice)

or do what Spicyfull said. Try baby spinach or mixed greens as they're the most mild.
