Alissa's Broccoli Soup page 355. I'm eating a bowl and can't get enough. Yummy.

I can't really get alissa's book in canada without paying an arm and a leg. It'd probably cost me $60 US to get it here, it's so big. and with exchange rate that's not in the budget

So sorry. My fault
Broccoli soup
3 c water
1 c almonds
1 tsp honey
2 c broccoli
1 avacado
1/2 to 1 clove of garlic ( I put in one garlic and would probably use a 1/2 next time)
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp onion
1-1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp black pepper
1. In a blender blend water, almonds, and honey until smooth
2 Add in the rest fo the ingredients anad blend until creamy

Now that's a good reason for her to offer it as an ebook also. But that's HER Buzzness. But you can get the DVD, that should not cost that much to Ship.

I'm pretty sure that it is frowned upon to post recipes from the book here. After all, the book is copyrighted and Alissa owns the copyright. Eventually with the volume on this forum, near every recipe would end up posted somewhere...

I'm sure if the moderaters would like to take the recipe off of here they will. I would be more than understanding if they did. Honestly the intent of posting the recipe was to praise Alissa's for how great it was, not to by any means place copyright restrictions on anyone.

yup yup, not trying to be nasty or anything. More like a pre-emptive explanation if it does get taken down :-)
