1/2 C. Almonds
1/2 C. Cashews
1/4 C. dried pineapple
1 medjool date, pitted
3 T. coconut flakes
(optional: 3-4 T of oats or bran)
Blend all together til fine chunks. You want to leave it a little chunky for texture.
Pour mixture in bowl and add:
4 T. of agave syrup
Make into patties/balls and roll in coconut flakes. Refrigerate for at least an hour to set.
Omg. We had these after dinner and they didn't last a commercial break. (;
