Im thinking of just putting something on a romaine letuce leaf and eating it, but I cant conjure up any ideas.
What are some of the simplest recipes, or, recipes using romaine lettuce leaf, not chopped up, as I prefer the whole leaf.

Use it as a wrap. Do you have Alissa's book? Her Mock Salmon is REALLY good in a lettuce wrap...

Yeah, mush up an avocado, chop up a 'mater, throw in some cilantro and onion and roll that bad boy up in a romaine leaf...

romaine leaf wrapped around a banana
romaine leaf filled with diced fruit (mango, papaya, pineapple, etc.)
as mentioned, avocado or guacamole is also great on romaine leaves

You can just spread some avocado or nut butter on the leaf and add sprouts or thin sliced veggies like carrots, cucumber, zuchini, peppers etc. they're great

They are Right. Wrapping it around something always work. It's just always handy to always have some Green Leaf around for that exact purpose.
