Loving the weight I'm at!!!

I am loving the weight I'm at. I weighed myself this morning... I'm 153 pounds. Ya I could release more weight but I really love where I'm at.

I'm wondering who else is here with me... who loves their body... regardless.

Regardless of the lumps and bumps, curves and swells... scars and wrinkles...

I do I do I do!!!

Hey girl! Congrats! I am totally with ya. Honestly my contentment came about 6mnths ago. My body has had soooo many ups & downs with health. I actually gained 60lbs a couple years ago due to health reasons & still have about 10 more of it to lose but it's b/c of that--that I have learned contentment. I realized I have to be greatful for what I am given & I see how far my body has come. And honestly sometimes I look at my stretch marks & lovely lady lumps as a story to tell. Not everyone can say that they gained 60lbs uncontrollably b/c of their health & has taken 2 yrs to get to where I'm at. It not only makes me feel more womanly inside but I kind of enjoy my curves b/c it's a reminder of the person God made me throughout my journey.

I'm 5'4" but after all the yoga I've done over the last couple of years I may be one more inch taller. ;)

I am totally with you there, Mama. :)

My thyroid crapped out on me and I gained a bunch of weight (50 pounds-ish) really fast and out of nowhere (even though they say thyroid problems can only contribute a very small weight gain, I know from experience that's baloney).
Raw fixed my thyroid up and I dropped most of that weight within a couple of months.
Now I hover just under 130 @ 5'6", which is 20 pounds more than I weighed before (I was underweight) and I think I look damn good!

I am getting my level of fitness back where it was before (I was very athletic, a real hard body) and once that happens I will be golden!

My body is awesome and does amazing things.
