how do I make nut bars - I grounded up the nuts now what do I do?

Balls/Bars -Choose any ingredients
Butter: Nut/Seed/Coconut
Dried fruit: Raisins, Dates, other
Cinnamon
Agave
Fresh fruit: Apple, Banana, Orange juice
Nuts/Seeds
Carob or Cacao
Vanilla
Optional: Salt, Carrot, Nutmeg, Cayenne, Coconut
Mix or blend. Roll into balls or cut into squares & freeze.
