My coconut had a very thick meat, blended with the water it was almost yogurt. Then I put the rest of the ingredients in, only using 1 frozen banana and 4 ice cubes.
It's like drinking chocolate Haagen Dazs!!! :D

How do you all open your coconuts?
I broke a drill bit trying to get the water out - but I couldn't get the meat out - the coconut was too resistant!
What are your techiniques?

This is how I do it. (I'm glad you asked...I love passing on this link.) It really is as easy as it looks, if you have a good knife.
