View Full Version : Mirin Substitute?

Does anyone know of a good mirin substitute? There's an awesome recipe in Raw Food Real World for a dressing I used to practically drink, but now I'm trying to do 100%.

RAW Food/Real World can get off the Subject at times. Just giving your question a "BUMP".

I just looked on google to see what mirin is and it seems like it's just a mix of sugar, vinegar and salt, so why not use agave or honey, apple cider vinegar and sea salt?
