I just told my friend i'm not going to a brunch this weekend because i only eat raw vegan and all she said was Haven't you seen that girl on you tube? I have no idea what she could possibly mean. There's a lot of people on you tube. Anyone know?

i looked up some of her videos, i watched part of one and half the things she bought were bottled or processed. She even said she had to eat lots of yummy things like olives to get enough fat in her diet, she has a hard time getting enough fat... wow i find it too easy to get fat, salad dressing, sauces with oil in it, nuts, desserts etc... oi vae, i need to cut down on the desserts, i made chocolate mousse today and i am blown away that is tastes like the real thing, can't be good for me so i need to stop making it lol

lol im not sure the amount of fat and agave in it is a lot lol. i ate too much of it last night, my tummy was angry haha

I am quite impressed that i always feel fine in the morning, my body sure does a good job cleaning up at night! I have yet to have any bad effects or detox
