Im looking for pumpkin seeds that have been soaked then dehydrated, or something similar (or any other way that removes enzyme inhibitors) being sold in the UK ?? All the Uk websites I tried didnt have them

You can Always Dry them yourself if you don't find them. Hope All goes well for you.

I get mine at asda, Theyre 50p a pack and you get about a hand full worth of it.
I dont know if they are soaked and dehydrated, I just soak mine for a day and they swell up. I tend to go through about a pack in 3 weeks, so its very cost effective.
