So, I fell off the wagon and am now back to start again. I was doing so well then in January I started eating SAD again. I went out yesterday and bought all veggies, fruit, nuts and almond butter and have been eating all raw since then. I have been loving green smoothies again with spinich and mango. So here's to eating raw, feeling good, and making new friends. Stacy:)
