The sauce would be tough without a blender or food processor. I like raw beans in some stuff, but not as a main component unless they are pureed. I wonder if you could make little beans out of zucchini? I am thinking of using a melon baller and a knife.

I've been searching for any raw baked beans recipe with no success. I discovered that avocado and pineapple eaten together have a hint of baked bean flavour so have experimented with cutting firm avocado up into bean size pieces, and making sauce out of pineapple and tomatoes and paprika (seems to be all the tinned versions) but not succeeded yet. I'm sure somebody good at raw chefery could manage it.

Maybe start with sprouted lentils?

Then put the avo and pineapple together in a sauce with tomatoes and spices?
