Hey folks.

At first I was planning to wait until I was back in Canada to start my raw journey, but some things in life are bound to happen and you gotta go with the flow!

I've been eating pretty much junk since I landed here in the Philippines 6 months ago - without a real kitchen or appliances to cook with, I'd often grab something quick at the nearest fast food, or simply cook pastas once in a while.

All this time I felt it was taking it's toll on my health, but I really reached bottom this week. Just the thought of another fast food meal would make me sick, my body was telling me it was time to move on and start taking better care of my alimentation, and now I've been very ill for the last 2 days...

So out of this, today I've decided to empty my cupboards and fill the fridge with fresh fruits (mangoes, mangosteen, durian, chinese pear, bananas, etc.) ...

Yummy!

Enjoy all the Young Coconuts while you are there, I'm sure they are plentiful. Drink the Juice, eat the Flesh. I wish you everything you need to Stay RAW..........Welcome to MY World.

Thanks!

I will definitely try to grab young coconuts, that's something I never had before.

And now I'm really curious about the difference between than and the usual coconuts you can buy at the supermarket.

From my understanding the only difference is the softer flesh?

Also I'm fighting the craving to eat more right now.

Had a very juicy pear and 2 fresh bananas for supper, which I know would be enough for my body, but I still have feel the crave to "eat more" even though I might not really need it ...

I know, they got me hooked to buko (young coconut) juice.

I wouldn't care about drinking anything else if I could have it any time I want to.
