I just got my first pack of kelp noodles (and I am in LOVE, they are so good!!!) today and I'd like to try and transport some to work with me tomorrow for lunch.

I'm wondering if the noodles with get too soggy by tomorrow if I put the veggies & sauce on them tonight or do I need to carry them in separate containers?

I don't want to waste a single bite of these bad boys. :::licks lips::: :D

ooh i bought my first pouch and i haven't tried them yet. kinda scared :)

i would think separate containers would be safest, but i am a kelp noodle novice, so . . .

I think they would transport well and not "sog out" on you. I found them to be very wierd texture but they work well for pasta. They spring back kind of when you bite into them.....eeeek..haha..enjoy

They don't get soggy at all from my experience. I say sauce them up.

seatangle.com by the case, or at most online raw sources by the pack :)

They are better the longer the Sauce is on them. They can also be purchased at Whole Foods.
