Hi everyone, my name is Liz and i'm completely new at this whole expirience. I haven't even started eating a raw diet yet (fully anyway). I'm here to learn more. I don't know anyone that is on the diet so i have no one to ask or go to. I'm really excited to start and am looking forward to my new life and expirience.
