My boyfriend bought us some rolled oats from Alissa's site but going through her

recipe book there are no oat cookies or any desserts with oats in them.

I'm going through this site right now trying to find a recipe for oat cookies but

there's a lot to go through ... Wondering if maybe someone would like to share

their oat cookie recipe :D I have many other ingredients and a dehydrator.. All

I need is the recipe ;)

Thanks :)

Thanks I eventually found that one too ! I wanted to try that one but my boyfriend didn't.
After going through a few different oatmeal cookies we decided to try and come up with our own simple oatmeal cookies.... Something I don't really like doing :o
Here's what we came up with : - Any other ideas would be awesome!

Measurements were done with my hands and a spoon...

1st tray:
Oats
Wild jungle peanuts
Almonds
Dates
Honey
Raisins
(I was hoping these would be like peanut butter cookies but they weren't that good. The first bite taste like peanut butter but it had a bad after taste...)

2nd tray
Oats
Walnuts
Almonds
Dates
Raisins

3rd Tray
Oats
Macadamia nuts
Walnuts
Dates
Honey

4th Tray
Oats
Almonds
Dates
Raisins
Honey
Cinnamon

The 2nd and 4th tray ones were the best so far. The whole raisins makes a big difference. All nuts were soaked and all cookies are dehydrating.

Yours sound RAWonderful, here is another one from this Forum...

Oatmeal Cookies

2 cups pecans , almonds or walnuts ground into flour (I use almonds)
1 cup raw oats - ground into flour (can be gotten here: Oatflakes
dash of cinnamon
4 tablespoons maple syrup (yes I know it isn't raw)
Raisins - as many as you like

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until combined. Add raisins & mix by hand. Form into balls & flatten. Refrigerate & ENJOY!

I went on a trip recently and came up with these oat cookie recipes to help me stay raw on the trip:

chocolate coconut cookies:
1 cup oats
2 tbsp coco powder
2 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
1 tbsp agave nectar (more to taste)
pinch of salt
processes together, shape in to rounds & dehydrate

Peanut butter cookies:
1 1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
2 tbsp agave nectar
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Process together, add water if necessary, shape in to rounds & dehydrate

Carrot cookies:
1 cup ground oats
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
a healthy sprinkle of cinnamon
pinch of salt
Process together, add water if necessary, shape in to rounds & dehydrate
