I only take B12 and Spirulina. I don't feel that I really need anything else.

if your doing a decent amount of dark greens its my beleif you wouldnt need any calcium supp's at all , and i also beleive that the non organic calcium supps arent any where near as optimum a calcium source as raw greens would supply
i at times take the non raw nutritional yeast for b vitamins
i take b12
then im using kelp and dulse from www.seaveg.com
im into the sea weeds because of the late raw foodist norman walkers words that over the history of earth rains have washed all the minerals of earth into stream / rivers to eventually flow into the oceans . thusly the ocean bottoms are the most mineral rich soils on earth . which makes the sea weeds growing in said soil as packed with as many and as much minerals as any plants on earth
Right now I'm taking a green-superfood supplement.
And I'm looking to supplement some more Omega-3 fatty acids and seaweed.

unless you are getting sunlight over the majority of your body for a good amount of time around noon when the sun is HIGH in the sky, it is a very good idea to supplement vit. D. I believe in the China Study the guideline for solar generation of Vit D is 1/4 of the amount of time it would take for your skin to get red under the current light conditions is necessary. In many northern climates in the winter the low quantity of UV-B and the amount of covered skin combine to mean underproduction of Vit D.
I take Vit. D and B12, that's it.

but isn't vit D storable...so you soak it up extra in the summer which is supposed to last you the winter?
That said, I have a bottle of it.
I have all these things but only take them sporadically.
Also, on the fence as to seaweed...I heard that it's the liver of the ocean and filters out all the toxins in the water. I have yet to investigate if that's true or not though...but untill I do, it's on hold.

Raw, whole, organic, fresh, living food. I have a bottle of b-12 and have probably taken about 3 of them. I don't wash my food.

I take a probiotic just because I have taken so many antibiotics in the past which have caused me awful digestive problems.....(I will never take antibiotics again if I can help it!!!) Other than that, I don't take supplements....I do juice every day though (a green juice)

It's possible, I don't know. But even in the summer, I spend so much time indoors and am rarely outside at noon that I feel it's better safe than sorry. So many autoimmune disorders are linked with Vit D deficiency and I have not had a chance to get tested for levels. I take 5000 IU daily.
