Green Juice Euphoria

The past few days I have been in a bit of a funk... you know, the good ole detox blues. I wasn't feeling very hungry so I decided to have a light dinner tonight with a green juice. I also had some left over broccoli steams that I didn't want to waste. Minutes after consuming my kale/broccoli steam/cucumber/apple juice I almost feel euphoric (and what a delicious combo!). I am amazed and delighted once again with the powers of fresh green juice. :D

Love green juice bliss. Pea sprouts do that for me too.Any sprouts really.I eat them by the handfuls as a pick me up.Want coffee? Eat a handful of sprouts....woweeee
