why cacao nibs's bitterness is less strong than cacao powder,i don't understand...

Probably because the powder has more particles exposed to your tongue so the flavor is intensified. Think of it like a peppercorn vs. a bunch of finely ground pepper in your mouth. Plus, I think the nibs still have the oil in them, whereas with the powder it's been removed, maybe that makes the nibs milder.

I can't imagine eating any cocao nibs considering how much i hated pure chocolate.

Cacao is so yummy to me. The nibs are hard to get into powder. I love the powder for recipes and use the nibs for choco chips. It is one of my fave rawfoods.
I made raw cacao candies today....in molds that are summery. Like sandals and palm trees and summer shirt....tooo funny. Sprinkled top with coconut so when I turned the sandal out the bottom had coconut as if the sandal walked in coconut...hahahaha.
