I read in shazzies journal about her marinating her asparagas. I want to try it with broccoli but I can't remember how she did it and it would take days to go through those journals again. Has anyone done that? Any ideas? I'm thinking olive oil, garlic. Any other ideas?

You can also add namashoyu [if you use it], crushed ginger, or chili pepper flakes, depending on what flavor you're going for. That's what I do for broccoli "stir fry." Or try coconut oil/ milk thai with a bit of almond butter. There are a million fabulous flavor combinations. What was your favorite SAD sauce?
To bring out flavors and make a bit more tender dehydrate marinaded veggies until warm. If you let them marinade overnight that will also tenderize them.

Yum! Why didn't I think of those! I loved all sauces, still do. I even put sauce on my fruit in the am. thanks for your tips!
