I didn't know where to post this, but I'm just so excited and had to share the news!

THE PUPPIES ARE HERE.

We breed champion AKC purebred English Bulldogs and our newest litter is here.

Born today at about 12:30pm...

7 PUPS! 5 boys and 2 girls. In honors of St. Patricks Day on Tuesday...

The names are:
Patty, Fiona, Patrick, Connor, Finley, Aiden, and Brady.

I'm going to need a lot of prayers and support. I'm going to practically be up for the next 96 hours feeding the pups every 2 hours. I'm going to do my best to sleep when I can and get a good nap in when my husband can take over a feeding.

I already caved and had a ridiculously SAD dinner. I want to eat as well as I can to keep my energy stable.

Yes she feeds them, but I have to really assist with it. She's a good mama, but I need to make sure they are all getting enough milk. The first few days are really critical. It's not like other breeds where you just leave them with the mama to figure it out.

So, what does one feed puppies or do you just move them around to make sure they all get a chance to eat? Never had to do that. Had cats/kittens and spade dogs.

Sorry I haven't updated the forum with pictures. We lost a puppy tonight. We couldn't help it, it's called Fading Puppy Syndrome. We did all that we could...
