I usually purchase from them, as their prices are generally fantastic. I decided to email them about the processing temperature. I thought others might be interested to know. The following is my message and their response:


Hi,

It does not get hotter than 120 degrees during the drying.

thx. i wont get the powder since there is a Q about the temp as well as how it is "processed" to separate the fat too....i just get Nibs and grind the H out of them (and chew the chunks that remain!)

you ever find any way to get them really down to powder.???? I have alot of nibs to grind...haha
