Hi,

My son is on a special diet to help get over some food sensitivities. It's a bit complicated, but basically he is on a three day rotation of foods that are "safe" for him. This helps limit the amount of one particular food he is eating so to prevent these safe foods from becoming allergies.

Anyway, I need to come up with a milk, an oil, a sweetner, and sour for each of the three days. I'm having a hard time coming up with healthy options that fit in his plan.

For day 1: I have hemp milk, olive oil, honey, and acv.

Day 2: Brazil nut milk, agave nectar, some sort of citrus- oj or lemon juice - I need another oil

Day 3: I need milk ideas, oil ideas, a sweetner idea, and a sour.

The point is for me to be able to make recipes, dressing etc. out of different food families each of the 3 days.

Any ideas would be helpful, especially for the oils and sours (something that would replace apple cider vinegar in dressings). I did some reading on canola oil and that is bad news...does anyone know anything about safflower oil??

Also, he is allergic to almonds, sunflower seeds, soy (so no Braggs), walnuts, vanilla, and several others...

Thank you!

Cashews, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts, pecan nuts, makademia nuts...... ground up flax seeds not in milk but in the food. Chia seeds can be used aswell.

Flax seed oil, sesame seed oil, hemp oil, thistle seed oil, makademia nut oil, pumpkin seeds oil.......

xylitol, stevia, Tamarind water, date water, yacon syrup......

Maby for sour you can use blended up sour fruits ??? like unripe mango, even tomatoes can be sour just as they are. No other idears there sorry.

Bedst of luck :D

sweet = agave, maple syrup (not raw), green leaf stevia powder, raw honey

Raw mylks = pistachio, sesame, pumpkin seed, sprouted wheat berries
Cooked mylks = made just like raw mylks, but with cooked grains such as quinoa, rice, oats etc.

Here are some oil ideas:
flax (in refridgerated section of health food store)
hemp (also refridgerated)
avocado oil (healthy monounsaturated fats)
pumpkin seed oil

GOOD LUCK!
