Please share ur rawfood recipes n combos:

breakfast

lunch

dinner

snacks?

N how much does that cost. How much preparation time, n consuming time.

Breakfast: Green Smoothie with kale banana stawberries 16 oz.

Lunch: Large salad spiniach, romaine, sweet onion, tomatoe, green olives, cabbage, carrots, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed pecans salt & pepper
or large green smoothie
snacks: handful pecans or carrot sticks or fruit

Dinner: green smoothie or "chocolate" Shake (soaked cashews, dates, cacao ice)
snack: raw cheesecake or raw fudge or raw fudge balls ( I love chocolate!)

Lunch: Salad or a green wrap

Dinner: Salad or 2 (I mix it up, like a green salad, and a cabbage slaw) or a green wrap, once a week we have zucchini and marinara

Cost? Don't know for sure we are a family of 6 only hubby and I are raw right now we spend $70-130 per week

Prep time varies salads take a few minutes, more complex recipes can take 30 min to an hour

WOW!!! $70-$130 per week for a family of 6!??!! That is fantastic!!!What state do you live in? I live in Calif and it cost me anywhere from $100-$150 per week for just me and my daughter and she is not raw.

Breakfast: Cocoa/ banana smoothie with wheat grass/ spirulina or like 3-4 pieces fruit
Snack: fruits & veggies
Lunch: Usually large salad with tons of veggies/ avacado/ apple cidar vinegar
Snack: nuts/ or banana & almond butter/ or fruit
Dinner: Maybe another salad/ or avacado/ or fruit---kinda whatever & usually some sort of dessert

I live in Washington DC, which is not exactly a cheap place to live :D. I make almost everything from scratch, I shop at Aldi, the farmers market, our local Co-op and I almost always make and stick to a list. Basically I put myself on a budget and stick to it.Oh and my youngest 2 are only 3 1/2 yr old and 2.
