do u need to rotate the fruits in smoothie lest it becomes too much, just as u have to rotate the greens? (spinach one day, kale next, swiss chard next, etc.)

Yes, eating a variety is a good thing. It applies too all raw foods. That's why we have different foods available in different seasons.

I eat what my body tells me. Sometimes I crave the same things for like a week. So I tend to eat the same things, but it all works out in the end b/c your body will eventually want something else. Listen to it carefully & if it doesn't crave certain things then try & switch it up !
