lol, I was just translating from Hebrew: Tehina Y'roka - Green Tahini. Hopefully people here love GS enough that Green will be a plus, and not a turn off.

The organic garlic I get is especially potent. My husband complained about my dragon breath, he had to open the bedroom door to air the place out. :p Too bad, I'm having it again today.
Thanks for the recipe, Mattshor. I made a salad dressing out of it by adding more olive oil, water, apple cider vinegar, and agave. Used it on a salad of arugula, zuchinni, green olives, and pine nuts. Very strong dressing for a strong salad. Loved it! :D
