Perfect time for summer soups!

Now is such a great time for summer soups-so nice and light--and since you can eat them room temperature or cold, they are perfect for sweltering days. Today I made the watermelon soup and the Easy Cucumber Soup. Awesome! What's even better is that they take 2 minutes to make-and who wants to fool around in the kitchen for hours when there's pools and beaches and baseball games and gardens to tend to?

Also, a gazpacho soup it perfect now! I don't follow any specific recipe, just throw in a number of veggies that I think complement tomatoes and basil.
