I purchased a raw whole food green powder to drink for breakfast. I have been mixing it with banana's and water or almond milk but after studying the food combinations I am wondering if it should be mixed with vegetable juice. Advice please

Well I do My own Food Combining. I eat whatever I Mix or Combine together. So I am NO help to you. Thought I would "Bump" it up for you and see if it will get any other "Hits". But I , that's Me would mix it with Orange Juice.

greens go well with anything! They are technically not a "vegetable" as per V. Boutenko, and can be mixed EITHER with veggies OR fruit. I mix mine with banana, strawberry, peach, cherry, raw almond butter and coconut oil. NUMMY!

I haven't used a green powder in the past year, but I used to mix mine into my fruit or green smoothies, orange juice or water (not the best taste).

Thanks for the raw welcome! I have alot to learn, ie; whole food green powder is not considered a vegetable. I'm also new to blogs and threads....it's getting easier.

I put it in a green smoothie. If I'm away from home I put it in a bottle of water and shake well.
