I have been struggling with this craving for awhile, so I was thinking about asking all of you to share any recipes you have that aren't TOO hard to make.
Thanks, you are all so amazing and inspiring!

Do you have Alissa Cohen's book? She has a great recipe for sushi rolls. I should make those again...

i roll just about anything and everything in raw nori and that makes me happy. pates, marinated veggies, the eggless egg salad spread.
i just postest my recent invention - raw, vegan, spicy tuna:
Also search for almond ginger pate -- people LOVE that.

check that out. it looks fairly simple. =) such a good idea to use parsnip for "rice."
here is another one. she says to moisten the nori before you put stuff in it so it does not crack. she also gives good tips on rolling.
another good idea is to use guacamole instead of avocado for more moisture.
you can use a "salmon" pate and line the nori with that.
also, you can use coliflour instead of parsnip for "rice."
also, instead of nori, you could use collard greens. you'll probably have to pin it together with a tooth pick or something, but maybe not.
also, instead of collard or nori, you could use zuchini like this guy does.
alfalfa sprouts look good in sushi rolls btw.
post photos when you are done plz.
here's some inspo

dayummm that looks good
I only break my raw diet for cooked chinese vegetables. I don't do sushi though. I opened the reefer this morning to find cooked vegetables and sushi. I delicately ate all of the veggies...
