I've never really set a goal before so to set a goal and achieve it is fantastic.

I feel so much better and my health has improved so much!

I was struggling for the first time ever yesterday since making changes to my lifestyle. I really found myself wanting something cooked, pizza to be exact. I talked to my daughter about it and fortunately she was able to help keep me on track! She has decided she wants to try a juice fast so we are going to do one together starting tomorrow. Perhaps that is just what I need to help get me completely re-focused on this lifestyle change and boot thoughts of pizza from my mind! I've done 2 juice fasts myself in the past and I enjoyed them both immensly. I'm so excited for her!!!

My daughter (she is 20 years old) has been unbelievable in her support of me and in adapting her eating to accommodate mine. She has been juicing more and more frequently and last night she told me she had been craving it earlier in the day (music to my ears!). She was going to have spaghetti for dinner and when I suggested she throw it out and juice with me instead she complained she felt bad for wasting food. I told her I felt bad about what it was doing to her. She threw it out and we juiced together! :D

Amazing Transformation! Your posture has greatly improved as well. You can see how the pelvis has come back and the arch in the back is less dramatic. You also look much happier in the after pics. :D

I can't wait to be there too. I have been raw for 15 days (first time ever) and I have lost about 7+ lbs. My starting weight was 185 and I am so excited for the day I get to 145 (i'm 5'4") I think that is my goal because I can't imagine being less, but we will see where this lifestyle takes me!! You are an inspiration. I hope to be posting in May!!
