i finally learned how to make yummy rich sauces...i am someone who has typically been a "eat a head of kale for lunch" raw foodist
single, busy as hell and keepin it simple
i would throw stuff in the blender as smoothie or soup and sometimes be happy with it but when it came to dressing up my veggies i was really failing
because i thought thick meant loaded with fat...oils or nuts....
but really i just needed to STOP with all of the water!
i just did a red bell, half a carrot cilatro and cumin and had enough sauce to cover half of a cauliflower....so delish and such a transformation from the plain old plain old
