I just got the Cafe Gratitude book, but I don't have it at my fingertips right now. Does the recipe call for Irish moss? Does anyone know of a good substitution for that or a good source? Thanks... Jen

Ya, the mousse recipe calls for irish moss. I suppose you could just sub with some other mousse recipe. I would use avocado, cacao powder/nibs, and agave for mousse

I have made Cafe Gratitude's tiramisu at least 5 times so far. It's my family and friends favorite raw recipe. They say it tastes like cooked tiramisu. I highly recommend it.

i bought some tirawmisu from a new place in town that ships to an organic store. Their website is www.divine-dining.com i probably wouldn't even be able to tell it apart from the real thing. Maybe you could call and ask for the recipe, pretend you're in town and you loved it? I haven't been to their location yet.
