I'm confused, okay I read that we should alternate our greens when making smoothies. But I'm also reading that people are mixing the greens in there smoothie. If I mix my greens in my smoothie can I drink the same smoothie everyday? Or are we to use a different mixture of greens everyday? Just trying to get an understanding here.

Alternate greens to not just get one green all the time. If you use a lot of everything thats fine i'm sure.
I hate green smoothies and never make them anyway- i have to work on that.

I alternate with kale and spinach at the moment as I just love the taste and can't get enough.
My current favorite recipe is:
1 x banana
1 x kiwi fruit
2/3 big handfuls of spinach
1 large stick of celery.
I mix it with loads of water to make 2 liters of smoothie, I sometimes add a tea spoon of agave.

I put swiss chard in my spinach smoothie yesterday and it didn't taste any different. Chard I find quite bitter raw so I was expecting to taste it and didn't. Great way to get chard into me!!

On Let's Talk Raw (http://LetsTalkRaw.com) with Victoria Boutenko Monday evening, she said to alternate LOTS of various greens, not just one or two kinds. Wild greens are really good ~ dandelions, lambsquarters, etc. The more you change up, the more nutrients you get plus, some, like baby spinach, contain oxalic acid and you don't want to keep drinking the same thing every day. Fruit should be changed up as well to be sure to get all amino acids and various other nutrients.

Revvell -- THANK YOU!!!! This was very useful info to me right now... I wonder if it's because I've been eating 75% spinach for my greens that I might be having some small problems... :)
Time to change it up!!!!

My favorite greens I alternate with green smoothies are kale, romaine lettuce and spinach. I like both the purple and green kale. I never tire of the green smoothies alternating between those 3 greens. I change the fruit quite frequently, otherwise I do get tired of them if it's the same all the time.
I cannot stand to use celery in the smoothies because no matter what I do, it always comes out grainy and pithy tasting. So if I do use celery now, I juice it first, then add the juice to the smoothie. Works much better that way.
